Ways to Give
Almost everything we run is free or heavily subsidized, and it stays that way because people give. Here is every way you can help.

Other ways to give
Every option on this page supports the same thing: programs on Biscayne Bay that are free or low-cost for the people who need them.
Not sure which fits? Email the team →What your gift keeps afloat
Your tax-deductible donation maintains our fleet and facilities and provides scholarships to our programs.

Scholarships
Everyone should be able to take part, whatever their finances. Most of what we run is free or low-cost, and families can apply for a scholarship for programs with a fee.

An adaptive fleet
Sailboats, kayaks and a safety fleet, each designed or modified so that a wide range of disabilities can get out on Biscayne Bay.
Meet the fleet →
The waterfront campus
Our Watersports Center, the 1932 Coast Guard seaplane hangar, the docks, boat ramp and boatyard, and our islands on the bay.
Our story →
Impossible Dream, our 60-foot accessible catamaran, was acquired and funded by Deborah Mellen. Three Creating Abilities adaptive kayaks were given by the Woody Foundation.
Give a boat, or the gear to sail it
The fleet has grown because people gave it hulls and the money to keep them in the water. Every boat here was designed for sailors with disabilities or modified until it was, so our team reviews each offer first.
