Make your next retreat something special. Corporate team building programs include regattas, race training, sailing, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and Eco-Island adventures. Programs are customized to meet the needs and desires of each management team. Activities include conflict resolution, team-bonding, and creative problem solving. Eco-Adventure Island, on-water and air-conditioned on-land facilities are available seven days a week, year-round. The goal of these programs is for each group to experience Biscayne Bay, all that it has to offer, and leave with stronger communication and leadership skills that strengthen the corporate environment.
