Dear Friends,
It is with great excitement that I welcome you back to Shake-A-Leg! As we weather this pandemic journey together, I invite you back to the healing waters of Biscayne Bay. The great outdoors beckons as we safely venture toward a new horizon.
We are eagerly preparing for Summer Camp programs that begin July 1 and the opening of the campus to you. With all activities, we will follow appropriate social distancing and safety guidelines.
Change brings innovation. The maxim certainly applies to how we will host camp this year. Social distancing will limit the number of campers present at Shake-A-Leg, therefore, we are creating a Virtual Adventure Camp component. Our campus will become the studio. The staff, campers, and volunteers will be the cast and crew. Using the internet, we will take Miami’s Biscayne Bay and the fun of camp into the homes of hundreds of kids. Our virtual programs will not only be available locally, but all around the world.
We thank everyone who believes in and supports Shake-A-Leg. Together we share the magic of Biscayne Bay with deserving kids and their families.
We look forward to seeing you and your family very soon.
